We all want to feel _____ & be ______.

We all want to feel strong & to be healthy.

Yet people aren’t strength training or eating consistently well.

What gives?

Here are 3 Reasons People Never Start Strength Training:

  • Fear of Injury: Many individuals are afraid of injuring themselves while lifting weights. They may worry about using improper form or lifting too heavy, leading to strains, sprains, or other injuries.
  • Lack of Knowledge: Some people avoid strength training because they’re unsure of what exercises to do, how to use equipment properly, or how to create an effective workout routine. Without proper guidance, they may feel intimidated by the gym environment.
  • Misconceptions: There are several misconceptions surrounding strength training, such as the belief that it will make you bulky or that it’s only for bodybuilders or people who want to “be huge.”

3 Reasons People Struggle with Nutrition:

  • Confusing Information: The abundance of conflicting nutrition advice can be overwhelming. With so many diets, trends, and opinions circulating, it’s challenging for individuals to discern what constitutes a truly healthy diet.
  • Poor Habits: Many people struggle with unhealthy eating habits that have been ingrained over time. These habits may include emotional eating, mindless snacking, or reliance on processed foods high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats.
  • Lack of Knowledge and Accountability: Some individuals simply lack the knowledge and skills needed to make nutritious choices consistently. Additionally, without external accountability or support systems in place, it’s easy to fall back into old habits and resist making positive changes to their diet.
