5 Reasons You Need Nutrition Coaching

In a perfect world, everyone would be healthy as can be, feel great all the time and look how they aspire to.

The reality is we aren’t as healthy as we should be, we don’t feel as good as we could and don’t look how we want to.

And a lot of that has to do with our nutrition.

Training gets us far.

It’s vital.

However without proper and consistent nutrition habits we can only get so far.

Here are 5 reasons we all need and benefit from Nutrition Coaching.

Education:

Let’s face it, there’s a ton of information out there.

It can be hard to know what to believe.

Your nutrition Coach helps you sort the sea of information and break things down in an easy to understand manner.

They help build the valuable (& life altering) knowledge and habits that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.

*consider this thought:
you make around a minimum of 1,000+ decisions around food in a single year.
The education, understanding and improvements you make dramatically affect your mood, weight, and long term health.

Accountability:

Left to our own accountability, we let ourselves off the hook too easily.

When we are accountable to a Coach and a program our adherence is much higher.

That added accountability helps us carve out the new habits to produce lasting results.

Not only are we paying for a service, we don’t want to let someone else down.

Adherence and follow through matter. Accountability gets us there.

Support:

Nutrition is layered.

It can have challenging components, emotional components.

We won’t always get it right.

And having someone in our corner to guide us along the way, to not judge us but to listen and help steer our ship in the right direction when we can’t see which direction to go is invaluable.

Support helps us in the good times and the hard times.

(You Want) Change

Not being where you want to be doesn’t feel good.

And over time, we get tired of doing and failing on our own.

If something isn’t working, it’s time to change up oour approach.

A nutrition coach provides a way of navigating the challenging road of nutrition that will not only help you change but create change in you.

Results:

The thing we all want…results.

Lower body fat, lean / tone frame.

Well, do you know what your body fat percentage is?  Is it healthy? Unhealthy?

What about your particular habits and methods when it comes to eating?

Are they healthy or are they in need of some work?

You want to achieve results.

Your Coach will guide you how to get results.

The in-body will also show you data that how you feel necessarily can’t.

Decreases in body fat.

Increases in lean muscle mass.

The specifics of your body metrics are changing.

*consider this thought:
I’ve had numerous nutrition clients before a scan (at home using their scale) come in a bit deflated as their weight was the close to last months only to see water was up, body fat mass was down, muscle was up and when we broke all this down they understood how the sum was the same but they were actually moving the needle on the thing they wanted (decrease fat!)
