1. 1 on 1 Personal Training

2. Semi-Private Personal Training

  • Are you a busy adult that feels no motivation to work out alone and craves a bit of social interaction?
  • Without a support system, are you more likely to skip your workouts all together? 
  • Are you looking for the best of both worlds in terms of training experience and your economics?

Solution: Semi-private personal training offers the best of both worlds—personalized coaching in small group of 2-4 settings. 

You’ll benefit from individual attention and coaching while enjoying the connection and camaraderie of fellow friends of all levels, keeping you motivated and accountable and enhancing the experience all together. 

You also benefit economically as it’s more affordable than 1 on 1 personal training, and still getting individual attention.

3. Women’s Only Strength Training Group

  • Are you a busy mom or woman in her 30’s or 40’s who’s neglected your own self care in regards to exercise, putting everyone before yourself? 
  • Are you a woman seeking a supportive, empowering group of like minded women who encourages one another to build each other up, in both strength and confidence?

4. Group CrossFit Class

5. 55+ Group Fitness Classes (LIFE)

  • Are you over 50 and worry about injuries, hurting yourself and want a safe environment to exercise?

  • Are you looking to improve your daily living skills and overall quality of life and preserve functionality as long as possible in your later years? 

Solution: Our 55+ Group Fitness Classes (LIFE) are specifically designed for older adults, focusing on functional movements, balance, and strength. 

These classes provide a safe and supportive environment, under the guidance of a Coach, allowing each person to improve their fitness at their pace, speed and comfort level. 

  • Classes are designed to accommodate the specific needs of older adults, focusing on preserving function, strength, injury prevention and cardiovascular health..
  • Clients engage in exercises that improve daily living activities, enhancing their quality of life and maintaining independence.
  • The environment created within LIFE class is a warm, welcoming supportive group that also serves as a hub of lasting friendships, camaraderie and belonging. 

In LIFE class, under the guidance of a caring Coach, and supportive friendly environment you’ll gain confidence and improve your quality of life, all while connecting with like minded folks in a similar age range.

6. One-on-One Nutrition Coaching

  • Do you find yourself overwhelmed by conflicting information and need clarity on what to eat? 
  • Do you find it difficult to maintain healthy eating patterns that fit your lifestyle?
  • Do you have a goal that you haven’t been able to achieve on your own (ie: lose 10lbs, fit into a dress, remove the mid day crash etc) and are tired of not making progress?

Solution: Our one-on-one nutrition coaching offers personalized nutrition guidance tailored to your lifestyle, health and fitness goals. 

Our Coaches will help you navigate the complexities of nutrition, creating a simple and sustainable eating plan that supports your goals and helps you achieve results faster.

  • Cut through the noise and receive specific advice and guidance that helps navigate the complexities of nutrition, reducing confusion and misinformation.
  • Weekly accountability check-ins with a nutrition coach keep clients on track with their eating habits and motivate them to make healthier choices.
  • DATA: Clients receive an in-body scan at each monthly nutrition coaching session – understanding their body metrics, understanding the changes within their body and seeing real their progress.

(ie: body fat %, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass etc)

1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching has the biggest positive ripple effect, helping build sustainable nutrition habits while using data to showcase the progress month to month.

7. Remote Coaching & Programming

  • Do you struggle to find the time to get to the gym due to your jam packed schedule? 
  • Do you prefer to have the ability to work out at home and to consistently follow through, need guidance, structure and accountability? 
  • Would you make more progress working out from home 2-3x a week under the guidance, programming and accountability of a Coach versus not being able to make it to the gym and doing nothing at all? 

Solution: With our Remote Coaching & Programming, you can work out on your own terms—whenever and wherever it suits you. 

Coach Erin has 3 Tracks- available, that suit all needs: from short on time and need simple easy to follow routine -all the way to in depth specific targeted programming and check ins – with a monthly in person- personal training session included.

Regardless of the track she will ensure you stay accountable and on track, even with a packed schedule.

  • Clients can work out at their convenience, fitting exercise into their busy lives without the constraints of gym schedules not fitting. 
  • Customized Workout Plans: Personalized coaching ensures that clients receive programs tailored to their specific needs, whether at home or in a gym.
  • No more missed workouts & health and fitness going in reverse, with programming, structure in place, accountability and weekly check ins – progress is continually achieved.
