Please review our membership policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

Personal Training

1.Late to Personal Training Session
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Please be punctual to get the most out of your training.

2.Rescheduling Your Session
To reschedule your personal training session, please contact your Coach at least 24 hours in advance. You will not lose your training session or be charged for rescheduling.

3.Missing or Skipping a Session Without 24 Hour Notice
If you miss or skip your session without 24 hour notice you will be charged for your missed session.

4.Session Cancellation Policy (within 24 hours)
Training session cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in a full charge for that session.

5.Failed Payment Policy
Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid service interruptions.
If a payment fails, you will be notified to update your account. You will be given 1 session of grace for a failed transaction. Services will be paused until payment has successfully gone through.

6.Non Carryover Policy
Unused personal training sessions do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

7.No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. By purchasing personal training services, you acknowledge and accept that there will be no refunds for any unused services or sessions.

8.Payment Policy
Payment options for personal training are weekly, bi weekly or monthly, paid before session occurs.

Group CrossFit Classes

1.Cancellation Request
Membership cancellation Requests must be written by email to info@railroadcrossfit.com at least 7 days before your renewal date.

2.Class Reservation Policy
Members of Group Class must reserve for classes in advance to class.
The window of class reservation begins 24 hours out from the start of class up to 1 hour before.
Please reserve for classes.

If you reserve a last minute end up not attending – we remove the reservation and do not count it towards your classes.

3.Late Policy
Do not be late to class. If you are going to be late – please call or text well ahead of time.

4.Failed Payment Policy
Please keep your payment information current, up to date and with a fully funded account. Similar to personal training, if a payment fails, you will be notified. You will be given 1 session of grace for a failed transaction. Services will be paused until payment has successfully gone through.

5. Used All Your Classes Policy
All memberships are 4 weeks in length. Classes must be used within the membership period. If you use all of your classes – email a request to either upgrade your membership to the next level & be charged the difference for more classes – or – pay for a drop in visit for the day at our member drop in rate.

6.No Class Rollover Policy
Any unused classes at the end of your membership period do not roll over to the next membership.

7.Membership Change Request Policy
If you would like to change your membership you must email info@railroadcrossfit.com with your membership change request.

8.Membership Upgrade / Downgrade Requests
If you would like to add more classes or drop down to a less class membership – email you request to info@railroadcrossfit.com

9.Membership Holds
If you will be away for more than 2 weeks (14+ days) you are able to request a membership “hold” via written email at info@railroadcrossfit.com

We will need your hold request date and your reactive membership dates.
You are given 1 hold per year.

10.No Refund Policy.
All membership and payments are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and accept that there will be no refunds for any unused services or sessions.
Immediate Termination Policy
At Railroad CrossFit, we are committed to creating a safe, empowering and respectful environment for all members.
Therefore, any behavior that violates our community standards will result in immediate termination of services, including but not limited to:

  • Sexual Harassment
    Any form of sexual harassment, including inappropriate comments or actions, will not be tolerated
  • Violence
    Acts of violence or threats of violence towards any member or staff will result in immediate removal and termination of services.
  • Racial Slurs or Discrimination
    Any use of racial slurs or discriminatory remarks against any individual will lead to immediate termination of services.
  • Sexual Identity / Gender Mistreatment or Discrimination
    Any use of mistreatment based on sexual orientation or discrimination will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services.
