Great, here is where do we start…

With a conversation.

Step 1 Getting Started: Free Consultation

We take the time to sit down with you (or jump on a phone call with you.)

Before we begin a coaching relationship with you, and improving your life….

  • We want to learn about you and who you are.
  • We want to give you the opportunity to tell us about yourself.
  • This helps us understand and eventually coach you better.
  • We want to know your goals, why they’re important to you.
  • What your daily schedule is like.
  • Learn more about your lifestyle habits.
  • Your current eating habits.
  • Your previous background / fitness experience.
  • Any pain, injuries or any nagging issues you have.
  • As well as fears, concerns or apprehensions you may have.

We are going to ask you questions.

And listen.

We are going to answer any question you have.

We are going to take notes.

In the end, we will determine if we can help you achieve what you want and are we a fit for one another.

And if we are, we make a fitness prescription.

*and if we aren’t, we gladly refer out to the  local fitness professional who may be better for you.

Can I Try a Class First?

Why we DON’T start with a workout or jumping into a class?

= Your safety.

We know nothing about you.

About your body.

How you move, your range of motion.

Your movement quality.

It is a huge disservice to just throw someone into a class and “hope” you like it.

As well as a disservice to everyone else, as the coach has to spend most of their time correcting, fixing and keeping you safe.

For most, that experience would be extremely overwhelming.

Thats not what fitness and self care is intended to be.

But what if I have previous fitness experience?

Thats a great start.

We still want to chat.

Having previous fitness experience is great and will serve you as a solid base in any fitness program.

Regardless of that experience, no one’s movement is perfect and we can all learn and get better.
If you’re not for that, we may not be a good fit.

We create a daily learning environment in all of our coaching services.

We help people build self trust. Capability. A better understanding of their own bodies and how they move (in & out of the gym.)

We empower people.

We empower them in their own bodies, eating habits and even mental resilience through challenges.

And if you’re seeking a coaching staff to lead you, even within a group environment,

step 1 for you is first showing you are open to learning and always coachable.

Mistakes I’ve made…

I’ve made the mistake far too many times in my past taking people at their word they’ve “lifted” before or are “fit” only to find they had poor movement quality and movement patterns.

They weren’t connected to their bodies, understood how to keep themselves safe and it felt like I had been lied to just so a person could get to class fast.

We care about people’s bodies, safety and overall experience.

How much does it cost?

The honest answer is it depends.

This isn’t a swerve to not answer the question.

We offer 5-6 different Coaching services.

We are not an access gym like planet fitness that can give you some fixed rate which is “cheap” and most people do not use and throw that $ away each month.

We provide coaching.

We provide coaching services in:

  • Personal training (1:1)
  • Semi private personal training (2-4 people :1 coach)
  • Small women’s group (5 women :1 coach)
  • Large group fitness classes (12-24 people)
  • 55+ Coach Led fitness classes
  • Nutrition Coaching.

Once we learn more about you and what you’d like to achieve in our consultation we make a prescription.

And that all starts in the consultation process.

How The Consultation Process Is Set Up To Serve You:

You get the space to talk about yourself, what’s important to you, where you want to go.

You get an opportunity to meet and get a feel for the Coach.

You get answers to all your questions.

You get referred out to another gym if it doesn’t work out.
