How Being Strong In Rotational Movements Benefits You.

by Coach Shawn

Ever hurt your back?
Like Something so simple?
Such as,
Grabbing something out of the back seat of the car?

The human body is dynamic and its muscles, joints and entire system are designed to move in broad ways.

Walk, run, jump, lift, bend, twist everyday of our lives.

And any plane, range or way we don’t train in can increase leading to an unwanted injury.

To move better, each joint needs to be able to absorb and produce force at various speeds. Our bodies need the ability to create rotation, flexion and extension through various coordinated joint systems throughout the body.

Training rotation has many benefits for you:

•Better lower back health.
•Improved hip mobility.
•Improved core strength.
•Reduce risk of injury.
•Increases speed and acceleration.
•Increase physical performance.
•Improves other Improves other lifts.

Training in all planes, not only do we experience the benefits, but we decrease the likelihood of injuring ourselves if we move into that plane all the sudden and our bodies are not familiar moving in that way.

If you’re not training rotation, add it in to your mix!
Your body will thank you ????
