When Katelyn came to me she was struggling with the way to jump start healthy habits and how to clean up her nutrition.
Katelyn expressed needing and wanting to make a change but was very confused as to what was the best way to begin this journey and needed guidance in this way.
She was open minded and ready to learn and work right from the beginning!
She lives a busy life and when she wasn’t able to prep meals she was severely undereating, missing her protein goals by a lot, and her water intake was very low.
Katelyn and I worked together to create simple and easy meals she could prep on her own to carry her throughout the week.
We worked to increase her protein intake at every single meal, and even if Katelyn wasn’t perfect with her prep she was able to always find ways to consume protein at each meal.
Meal prepping was the biggest game changer for Katelyn.
Katelyn developed a great sense of autonomy and control in this way and was able to create a great weekly schedule for herself which allowed her to work towards her goals.
Katelyn saw progress, results and new success during our time working together.
Across the 120+ days we worked together, Katelyn gained 3lbs of muscle and lost 4% body fat.
She also became more accountable within the gym, consistently making it to the gym 3 days a week.
In doing so saw increases in her performance, strength, and overall health and wellness.
Moving forward on her own, Katelyn feels confident in her ability to continue these healthy habits and work towards incorporating them into her life moving forward as a constant.
I am excited to see how she takes some of the tools I helped her build and her ability to implement them over time for herself!
