Accountability Works
Neil, dad, mid 40’s, sick to Fit
Accountability has helped Neil lose over 50lb+ and keep it off for over a year.
With accountability Neil has successfully gone from drinking in excess of 6,000 empty calories a month to the occasional drink and having self control.
From grabbing food on the go and crashing mid day to consuming and preparing balanced meals for breakfast and lunch.
Saving money and improving how he feels.
Neil is now at a weight he hasn’t seen since High school.
He is an example of commitment to his son.
His health markers at the doctor’s office have improved dramatically. Accountability may have saved his life.
Peter, late 30’s, quitter to self disciplined
Accountability helped Peter commit to sustainable fitness and nutrition habits.
A former all talk no walk, give up when the going gets hard, 1.0 Peter wasn’t going to cut it for him anymore.
Accountability helped him lose over 20lbs, reduce his body fat to the teens, build muscle, transform his self confidence and navigate self care through a really challenging time in his life.
With this transformation Peter took on new things that have made him proud of himself.
Things like coaching a youth soccer league, going back to school and performing at a high level in classes that used to challenge him.
And at the beginning of the year being a source of inspiration as he spoke to a group of people at our nutrition kickstart sharing his journey.
He helped give back.
Matt, mid 40’s, frequently travels
* Accountability has helped Matt change his entire mindset on nutrition.
Quick fixes or fads that would work temporarily then gain back easily was where he used to be.
Now?
With accountability he’s educated and understands food at a level he never has.
He’s lost over 25lb.
He now has strategies to successfully navigate his frequent traveling, and knows how to stay on track while not at home.
Commitment
All of these 3 individuals with accountability have built commitment to themselves.
They’ve gained strategies and tools and have become empowered.
But most importantly they have improved their understanding and own relationship with food to be one of sustainability and a healthy one.
